The Cumbernauld pump track was constructed as part of the full-size BMX track in Scotland to play a key role in giving the local riders a fully equipped training facility now largely regarded as a world-class BMX facility.
We were invited to tender for the project and were selected for several reasons, including our three external National Health and safety accreditations – CHAS, Constructionline and Acclaim certificates. The company has notifiable incidents in our previous health and safety record,
Cumbernauld pump track construction included:
Fencing and securing the site.
Installing control measures to include pedestrian access and safety signage.

Overall the pump track project was completed alongside the full-size BMX track that took up most of the 12 weeks build time.
