As part of their ongoing building projects, Berkeley Homes in 2020 chose Clark and Kent Contractors to be involved with the use of their community investment levy. In doing this it meant building something much more inclusive and exciting than your normal playground for their new homeowners and local residents.
The pump track at Horsham by Clark and Kent Contractors featured a variety of berms and jumps and the 200-metre-long track is perfect for all children and teenagers, whether they be beginners or experienced riders, and is the first of its kind for Horsham District.
The Horsham pump track is designed to blend in with the green space with grass banks formed at either end to help make the structure more natural and pleasing to the eye.
The added safety measures of Safagrass protection were chosen to be an extra to the track as protection to the fall areas and features of the track for the community from Berkley homes and installed by Clark and Kent Contractors.
