Gorseinon pump track is located in South Wales near Swansea. This track is one of our personal favourites, with all the ingredients to keep every age and ability engaged for a lifetime.

The track is a stone's throw from the town sports centre and swimming pool at Melin Mynach Parc, Gorseinon, and it's a real community hub for outdoor exercise. The pump track sits next to a skatepark.

The Gorseinon pump track design was developed with the user group with input from the client, a cycling coach. The Gorseinon track makes the best use of space for user engagement and considers all aspects of a modern-day pump track whilst being inclusive to all users.

One of the track's notable features is the complete external jump line with hips, berms and transfers. A user group favourite tends to be the "shark fin" feature enjoyed by expert-level enthusiasts to set them up for some of the larger doubles.

The Rough Ride Guide calls it "A great track to keep every age and ability of rider engaged with features such as external jump line with hips, berms and transfers and a "shark fin" feature to set (experts) up for the larger doubles."

The Town Council, County Council and Lord Mayor were all in attendance for the opening event at Gorseinon BMX pump track, which proved a resounding success, and the track has gone from strength to strength. Recent events included a visit from the Nitro Circus World Team. The Gorseinon pump track build at Swansea took five weeks and was completed in the summer of 2018.
